1. Nature of the data processed
If you request information through the references found on our "Contact Us" page, we may process your contact details such as name, surname, phone number, or email address that you may provide.
2. Purpose of the processing
The collected contact data is necessary to respond to your request for contact. These data may also be processed if you wish to book an appointment at the Firm.
3. Data retention period
Your data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the contact request or to manage the visit to the Firm.
4. Processing methods
Your data will be processed using tools and procedures designed to ensure a high level of security and confidentiality. This may be done through our website, other electronic tools, and sometimes even by phone or using paper-based supports.
5. Browsing data
Log files: The IT systems and applications dedicated to the operation of the website www.spolex.it detect, during their normal functioning, some data (whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) not associated with directly identifiable users. The collected data includes IP addresses, domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the request time, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's response (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters concerning the operating system and the computer environment used by the user. These data are processed for the time strictly necessary to monitor the regular functioning of the site.
6. Data voluntarily provided by the user
Your voluntary and explicit sending of emails to the addresses provided on the different access channels of the website www.spolex.it means that we will acquire your email address and other data necessary to respond to your requests and/or provide the requested service.
7. Cookies
The website www.spolex.it does not use any IT techniques for the direct acquisition of personal identifiable data or user tracking or profiling systems. Our IT systems do not use any persistent cookies, but only session cookies for the transmission of personal information, which are not stored after the session ends.
8. Obligation or option to provide data and consequences of refusal
Regarding data that we are required to know to comply with legal obligations, national regulations, EU rules, or provisions from legally authorized Authorities or oversight bodies, failing to provide these will prevent the initiation or continuation of the relationship, insofar as these data are necessary for it. As for data that we are not obliged to know, the lack of these will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we will make decisions based on their importance to us.
